Our Role

We've fully integrated and deployed Reactivepad as a tailor-made solution for creating digital contracts. Before, users of Contractbook had to copy-paste all the numbers calculated in Excel or the other app to the platform's text editor. It was especially risky while creating contracts and various data-driven documents, where all the digits must be right to the point.

Contractbook's users were spending tons of time on pig-ponging between different applications. Now, its all in one place.

From now on, with our features, users can use Excel-like expressions, formulas, advanced calculations and all the data content directly in the platform. In this way, they get calculations directly inside the textual narrative, so since the use of Reactivepad, the editor became like a Word and Excel combined, creator of fully reactive contracts. We have integrated our solution directly in the Contractbook's editor, so no additional apps are needed. It's just added features to the existing solution. To keep it with the same look and feel, it is styled exactly like the rest of the platform.

What does Contractbook say about Reactivepad integration?

How can it be used?

Here you can find some examples of how it helps to solve some of the issues of Contractbook's users.

Now it is super easy to create a commission-based employment agreement for a sales person, while you can use a spreadsheet like calculations. You simply change the values and show various options - how the salary changes with the profits, margins, and all those variables. No more super-long tables with no narration. Everything changes automatically while you type, so everyone keeps on the same page.

Speaking of sales, users often create a Sales & Purchase agreement where the payments depend on certain variables or where the numbers change every month (for example, the number of units sold, average order value, ROI etc.). Now, they don't even have to make those calculations themselves, it all changes directly when you type, and what is even more: you also get a much better overview, for you and your customers.
